We are constantly looking for ways to make your spa visit at The Lamar a better value.
We realize that the spa experience is more than just a memorable massage or fabulous facial, so we want to make sure that you feel pampered every step of the way.  Many of our changes have come from your suggestions. Here are a few that we have implemented recently:

• FASTER CHECK IN & CALL IN: We have doubled our front desk staff to ensure that you get fast friendly service when you come to the spa or call to make an appointment. It is our goal to keep no one on hold for more than 30 seconds and we have installed new relaxing MUZAK "on-hold" music and messages to make that time pass quickly too!
• MORE POSH MASSAGE SUITES: We have installed wider curtains with weighted hems in the massage suites for added privacy. We are also installing a second set of heavier, lined drapes, for added privacy and sound control.
• SOOTHING SOUNDS: We have installed a new commercial sound system for better, more reliable sound throughout the spa. We are adding some new spa music too, which has been specially designed and chosen by your therapists to enhance your total spa experience.
• BETTER MASSAGE TABLES: Our hard working massage tables are ready to retire so we are replacing them with brand new ones. The new tables will be sturdy enough to hold our largest pro-athletes, but will adjust to fit everyone comfortably. Of course they will still feature the memory foam mattresses and warmed blankets that you love!

Employee Of The Month: Sage Peterson

Please join us in congratulating your choice for Employee of the Month, Sage Peterson. Sage joined The Lamar soon after becoming a licensed Nail Tech. She has since become our Lead Nail Tech, responsible for managing her department. Recently, Sage went back to school to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, doubling her value to both The Lamar and our guests. Her votes for "employee of the month" came from both massage and nail clients who said, "A visit with Sage always makes me feel better". As our April Employee of the Month, Sage will receive a commemorative trophy, priority parking and a pair of tickets to a Phoenix Suns game.
